Room Categories and Rates:

All rooms based on availability at the time of request.  Requests received after the cutoff date, October 11,
will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.

• Resort fees are $30 per day and optional to guests upon check-in.
• Guestroom internet is complimentary for all SEMI attendees.
• Daily discounted parking for SEMI attendees: $10 — self-parking and $15 — valet parking.
• Porterage — For luggage assistance or to utilize the bellman services, the handling fee is $5.00 per bag. 
  If bellman staff is utilized, the porterage charge will be posted to your room account.

Deposit Guarantee
Authorization to charge a two-night room and tax as a deposit to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation
The individual cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, the two-night deposit will be non-refundable.
